Terrorism Insurance (Member) Appointment (No. 3) 2021

I, Michael Sukkar, Assistant Treasurer, Minister for Housing and Minister for Homelessness, Social and Community Housing, under subsection 13(1) of the Terrorism Insurance Act 2003, being satisfied the person is eligible for appointment under subsection 13(3) of that Act, appoint Jan van der Schalk as a member of the Australian Reinsurance Pool Corporation, on a part-time basis, for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2024.
