Telecommunications Regulations 2021
This instrument is the Telecommunications Amendment (Local Access Lines—Class Exemptions) Regulations 2022.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Insert:
13A Supply of eligible services to be on wholesale basis—class exemptions
For the purposes of the following provisions of the Act, the higher number of 12,000 is specified:
(a) subparagraph 143A(1)(d)(ii);
(b) subparagraph 143A(1)(e)(ii);
(c) subparagraph 143A(2)(d)(ii);
(d) subparagraph 143A(2)(e)(ii).
