  This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2022.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority Board

During the 1 year period beginning on 4 March 2022:

(a) the Chair of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority Board is to receive an annual fee of $95,512 instead of the amount in column 2 of Table 3A; and

(b) other members of the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority Board are to receive an annual fee of $47,256 instead of the amount in column 4 of Table 3A.
