Schedule 1—Amendments
Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Regulations 2019
This instrument is the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Amendment (Waiver of Fees and Charges) Regulations 2022.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Subparagraphs 204A(1)(a)(ii) and 204B(1)(c)(i)
Omit “30 June 2022”, substitute “30 June 2023”.
2 Paragraphs 205A(1)(b) and 207A(1)(b)
Omit “30 June 2022”, substitute “30 June 2023”.
3 Subsections 217(5) and (6), 219(3) and (4) and 220(3) and (4)
Omit “30 June 2022”, substitute “30 June 2023”.

Add:
; (j) the quarter beginning on 1 July 2022;
