Schedule 1—Amendments
Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2021
This instrument is the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment (Pain Management Services) Regulations 2022.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Schedule 1 (cell at item 39110, column 2)
Repeal the cell, substitute:
Left lumbar percutaneous zygapophyseal joint denervation by radio‑frequency probe, or cryoprobe, using radiological imaging control Applicable to one or more services provided in a single attendance, for not more than 3 attendances in a 12 month period (Anaes.) |
