This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 5) 2022.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Part 1—Repeal of item that is being replaced
1 Section 10 (Table 2A, table item dealing with Chief Executive Officer, Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority)
Repeal the item.
Note: Item 2 of this Schedule inserts a replacement for this item.
