Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2019‑2020
This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2019-2020 (No. 13).
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2019‑2020
1 Paragraph 5(1)(n)
Omit “National Drought and North Queensland Flood Response and Recovery Agency”, substitute “National Recovery and Resilience Agency”.
2 After paragraph 8(3)(i)
Insert:
(ia) as if Outcome 1 for the National Recovery and Resilience Agency in Schedule 1 to the Act were replaced with the following outcome:

To lead Commonwealth action and national efforts to improve preparedness for, reduce risks associated with, and support all‑hazards relief and recovery from, disasters and emergencies of all kinds, including by providing strategic leadership, policy advice and program delivery, community outreach and stakeholder engagement
3 Subsection 8(4) (table item 50)
Omit “National Drought and North Queensland Flood Response and Recovery Agency”, substitute “National Recovery and Resilience Agency”.
4 At the end of the instrument
Add:
11 Modification of Appropriation Act (No. 4) 2019‑2020
(1) This section applies to the Appropriation Act (No. 4) 2019‑2020.
(2) The Act has effect as if an administered assets and liabilities item for the National Recovery and Resilience Agency were included in Schedule 2 to the Act.
(3) The Act has effect:
(a) as if appropriation items in Schedule 2 to the Act were increased or decreased in accordance with the following table; and
(b) if the table specifies an increase for an appropriation item which is an appropriation item that has effect because of this determination—as if the increase were from a nil amount.
