1  Name

  This instrument is the List of Threatened Species Amendment (342) Instrument 2022.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 184 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Declaration under s178, s181, and s183 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

1  In the appropriate position under the heading “SPECIES THAT ARE ENDANGERED”

Insert “Pomaderris gilmourii var. gilmourii”.

2        Under the heading “SPECIES THAT ARE VULNERABLE”

Omit “Pomaderris gilmourii var. cana”.

3        In the appropriate position under the heading “SPECIES THAT ARE CRITICALLY ENDANGERED”

Insert “Pomaderris gilmourii var. cana”.
