Made under subsection 303CA(9) of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
I, Adam Sincock, delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Water, pursuant to subsection 303CA(9) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act), amend the List of CITES Species for the Purposes of the Act (29/11/2001), established under subsection 303CA(1) of the EPBC Act, as set out in the Schedules to this instrument.
Each provision of this instrument specified in Column 1 of the table below commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with Column 2 of the table. Any other statement in Column 2 has effect according to its terms.
