This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsections 7(3) and (4) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Insert “Table 2B, item 17”.
2 Section 10 (Table 2A, table item dealing with Australian Building and Construction Commissioner)
Repeal the item.
