Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2020‑2021
This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2020-2021 (No. 11).
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 After subsection 6(1A)
Insert:
(1B) The Act has effect as if Schedule 2 to the Act included, for the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, an other departmental item.
2 Subsection 6(2) (at the end of the table)

(b) an administered assets and liabilities item.
