Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists (Format of Notice of Commercial Resale) Determination (No. 1) 2012
This instrument is the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists (Format of Notice of Commercial Resale) Determination 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under Regulation 7 of the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Regulations 2021.
In this instrument:
Act means the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Act 2009.
Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 3 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in that Schedule has effect according to its terms.
6 Formats of Notice of commercial resale
(1) For the purposes of section 28 of the Act, each of the following is a format of notice of commercial resale:
(a) an interactive web form, in the format set out in Schedule 1 to this Instrument provided at the internet address: www.resaleroyalty.org.au; and
(b) an excel spreadsheet, in the format set out in Schedule 2 to this Instrument, provided at the internet address: www.resaleroyalty.org.au.
