This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2020-2021 (No. 12).
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2020‑2021
1 After subsection 5(2I)
Insert:
(2J) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:
(a) a departmental item for the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman; and
(b) the following outcome for that entity:
