Product Stewardship (Oil) Regulations 2022

1  Name

  This instrument is the Product Stewardship (Oil) Amendment Regulations 2023.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000.

1  After paragraph 6(2)(a)

Insert:

 (aa) in relation to the consumption of gazetted oil for a gazetted use on or after 1 July 2023—14.2 cents per litre; or
