1 Name of legislative instrument
This is the ASIC Corporations and Superannuation (Amendment) Instrument 2023/512.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
Note: The register may be accessed at www.legislation.gov.au.
This instrument is made under section 962T of the Corporations Act 2001 and subsection 99FA(2) of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Paragraph 5(3)(a)
Omit “the name of the account holder”, substitute “the name of the account holder at the time the account holder signs (or otherwise agrees in writing to the terms of) the written consent”.
2 Paragraph 5(3)(b)
Omit “the name and contact details of the fee recipient”, substitute “the name and contact details of the person who, at the time the account holder signs (or otherwise agrees in writing to the terms of) the written consent, is to be the fee recipient”.

3 Paragraph 5(3)(a)
Omit “the name of the member”, substitute “the name of the member at the time the member signs (or otherwise agrees in writing to the terms of) the written consent”.

Omit “the name and contact details of the provider of the financial product advice”, substitute “the name and contact details of the person who, at the time the member signs (or otherwise agrees in writing to the terms of) the written consent, is to be the provider of the financial product advice”.
