1  Name

  This instrument is the Legislation (Airport Curfew Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2023.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.

4  Aligning of sunsetting

  The following instruments are repealed by section 51A of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 April 2029:

 (a) Adelaide Airport Curfew Regulations 2018;

 (b) Air Navigation (Essendon Fields Airport) Regulations 2018;

 (c) Air Navigation (Gold Coast Airport Curfew) Regulations 2018;

 (d) Sydney Airport Curfew (Curfew Aircraft) Instrument 2015;

 (e) Sydney Airport Curfew (Dispensation) Guideline 2016.

5  Repeal of this instrument

  This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 April 2029.
