Endo-1,4-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) sourced from Trichoderma reesei containing the endo-1,4-beta-xylanase gene from Talaromyces leycettanus

For use in:

(a)     brewing; and

(b)     fats and oils processing; and

(c)     grain processing; and

(d)     the production of potable alcohol.
