Schedule 1—Amendments
Cocos (Keeling) Islands Applied Laws Ordinance 1992
This instrument is the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Applied Laws Amendment (Fish Resources Management) Rules 2023.
This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.
This instrument is made under section 4 of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Applied Laws Ordinance 1992.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Item 16 of Part 15A of Schedule 1 (subregulation 64AB(4))
Omit “lots 341 and 348 on Deposited Plan 42274”, substitute “the land within Reserve No. 47727”.
2 Item 38 of Part 15A of Schedule 1 (clause 1 of Schedule 2A)
Repeal the clause, substitute:
1 Humphead Maori Wrasse closure area
The area of waters closed to fishing for Humphead Maori Wrasse (Ikan Hijau) is the area bounded by the line described in item 1 of the following table and running sequentially as described in the table.
