Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Rules 2018
This instrument is the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Amendment (Code of Conduct) Rules 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Omit “take any action to deal with the outcome of the investigation that”, substitute “exercise any of the Commissioner’s powers under the Commission Act or this instrument to deal with the outcome of the investigation, as”.
