I, Clare O’Neil, Minister for Home Affairs, under subsection 5A(1) of the AusCheck Act 2007, declare the 2024 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)–Australia Special Commemorative Summit to be a major national event.

This instrument commences on the day after registration.
