This instrument is the National Transmission Network Sale (Declared Successor) Declaration 2023.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 22(1) of the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998.
In this instrument:
Act means the National Transmission Network Sale Act 1998.
declared successor has the same meaning as in the Act.
For the purposes of the Act, the Western Australian Planning Commission, a body corporate established under subsection 7(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (WA), is a declared successor.
