1  Name

  This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2022-2023 (No. 13).

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 After subsection 10(1)

Insert:

(2) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:

 (a) a departmental item for the Office of the Inspector-General of Aged

  Care; and

 (b) the following outcome for that entity:

Provide independent oversight of the aged care system to drive accountability and positive change through reviews, recommendations, and reporting to Parliament
