The models specified in clause 1 of Schedule 1 (the exempt models) are exempt from the requirements of the Determination as described at clause 2 of Schedule 1 with respect to the supplies of the exempt models specified at clause 3 of Schedule 1.

6 Repeal

This instrument is repealed on 31 March 2025.

2 Requirements from which models are exempt

Requirements of the Determination as follows:

GEMS level requirements	The identified models are exempted from the GEMS level requirements, which are set out in part 3 of the Determination.
GEMS labelling requirements	The identified models are exempted from the GEMS labelling requirements, which are set out in part 4 of the Determination.
GEMS other requirements	The identified models are exempted from the GEMS other requirements, which are set out in part 5 of the Determination.

3 Supplies to which the exemption applies

This exemption applies in relation to any supplies of air conditioners with the specifications set out in clause 1 of this Schedule.
