This instrument is the Legislation (Autonomous Sanctions Instruments) Sunset‑altering Declaration 2024.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 51A(1) of the Legislation Act 2003.
The following instruments are repealed by section 51A of the Legislation Act 2003 on 1 October 2027:
(a) Autonomous Sanctions (Export Sanctioned Goods – Syria) Designation 2012;
(b) Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011;
(c) Autonomous Sanctions (Russia, Crimea and Sevastopol) Specification 2015;
(d) Autonomous Sanctions (Sanction Law) Declaration 2012.
Note: The Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Autonomous Sanctions Instruments) Certificate 2022 provided for the sunsetting day of the instruments listed at paragraphs (a), (b) and (d) to be deferred to 1 April 2024.
This instrument is repealed at the start of 2 October 2027.
