This instrument is the Criminal Code (Terrorist Organisation—Ansar Allah) Regulations 2024.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4 Terrorist organisation—Ansar Allah
(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code, the organisation known as Ansar Allah is specified.
(2) Ansar Allah is also known by the following names:
(a) al’anasir al‑Huthyia;
(b) al‑Harala al‑Huthiya;
(c) al‑Huythiyin;
(d) Ansar al‑Huthi;
(e) Ansarallah;
(f) Ansarullah;
(g) al‑Shabab al‑Mu’min;
(h) Believing Youth Elements;
(i) Houthis;
(j) the Houthi movement;
(k) Houthist elements;
(l) Houthi supporters;
(m) Huthis;
(n) the Huthi movement;
(o) Huthist elements;
(p) Huthi supporters;
(q) Partisans of God;
(r) Supporters of God.
