  This instrument is the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (Recovery Plans) Revocation Instrument 2024.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under subsection 283A(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

4  Schedule 2

  Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 2 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule, and any other item in that Schedule has effect according to its terms.

5  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

6  Revocation of recovery plans

  For a listed threatened species or listed threatened ecological community specified in column 1 of an item of the table in Schedule 1 to this instrument, the recovery plan specified for the species or community in column 2 of the item is revoked under subsection 283A(1) of the Act.
