  This instrument is the Remuneration Tribunal Amendment Determination (No. 4) 2024.

  This instrument is made under the subsections 7(3), (3AA), (4) and (4B) of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.

Justices of the High Court

 (1) A Justice of the High Court (including the Chief Justice) who does not establish the Justice’s principal place of residence in Canberra is to be paid $40,110 a year in lieu of the travelling allowance that would otherwise be payable to the Justice under the official travel determination.
