Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2024‑2025
This instrument is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2024-2025 (No. 1).
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2024‑2025
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
Insert:
(1A) The Act has effect as if Schedule 1 to the Act included:
(a) a departmental item for the Administrative Review Tribunal; and
(b) the following outcome for that entity:

Provide correct or preferable decisions through a mechanism of independent review of administrative decisions that is fair and just, quick, informal, accessible and responsive, contributes to improving the quality of government decision-making, and promotes public trust and confidence in the Tribunal
