List of Exempt Native Specimens Instrument 2001
This instrument is the List of Exempt Native Specimens Amendment (Western Australian South-West Coast Salmon Managed Fishery and Western Australian South Coast Salmon Managed Fishery) Instrument 2024.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
This instrument is made under subsection 303DC(1)(a) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
