1  Name

  This instrument is the Migration (Skilling Australians Fund) Charges Amendment (Subclass 482 (Skills in Demand) Visa) Regulations 2024.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

 

Migration (Skilling Australians Fund) Charges Regulations 2018

1  After paragraph 5(1)(b)

Insert:

 (ba) a holder of a Subclass 482 (Skills in Demand) visa;

2  Paragraphs 5(1)(c) and 5(3)(a)

Omit “(Temporary Skill Shortage)”, substitute “(Skills in Demand)”.
