1  Name

  This instrument is the Federal Financial Relations (National Health Reform Payments for 202324) Determination 2024.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  In this instrument:

the Act means the Federal Financial Relations Act 2009.

5  National health reform payments for 2023-24

  For the purposes of section 15A of the Act, each item of the following table specifies an amount that is to be paid to the State specified in the item, for the 2023-24 payment year, for the purpose of making a grant of financial assistance for the purpose of expenditure in accordance with the National Health Reform Agreement:
