1  Name

  This instrument is the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (Charges) Amendment Regulations 2024.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Subsection 5(2) (formula)

Repeal the formula, substitute:

  Start formula start fraction 5,901,000 over number of providers end fraction plus open bracket start fraction 1,128,000 over total equivalent full-time students end fraction times provider’s equivalent full-time students close bracket end formula
