On 29 July 2024, the Governor‑General, under sections 64 and 65 of the Constitution, revoked the appointment of the person mentioned in column 1 of a row of the following table:

6 Other action taken on 29 July 2024
(1) On 29 July 2024, the Governor‑General chose, summoned and swore, under section 62 of the Constitution, each of the following as a member of the Federal Executive Council:
(a) the Honourable Joshua Hamilton Wilson MP;
(b) the Honourable Kate Lynne Thwaites MP;
(c) the Honourable Julian Christopher Hill MP.
Note: The other persons mentioned in column 1 of a row of the table in subsection (2) have previously been chosen, summoned and sworn as members of the Federal Executive Council.
(2) On 29 July 2024, the Governor‑General:
(a) directed, under section 65 of the Constitution, that the person mentioned in column 1 of a row of the following table holds the office or offices mentioned in column 2 of the row; and
(b) appointed, under section 64 of the Constitution, that person to administer the Department or Departments mentioned in column 3 of the row.
