This is the Australian National University (Parking and Traffic) Instrument 2024.
This instrument commences on 1 January 2025.
This instrument is made under the following provisions of the statute:
[Note: This instrument is a notifiable instrument under the Legislation Act 2003 (Cwlth).]
In this instrument:
parking systems provider means Orikan Group Pty Ltd (ABN 77 620 056 715).
ePermit system means the online ePermit system developed by the parking systems provider and managed by the University.
PayStay parking system means the online Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) parking system developed by the parking systems provider and managed by the parking systems provider on behalf of the University.
the statute means the Australian National University (Parking and Traffic) Statute 2019.
For section 15 of the statute, the PayStay parking system and ePermit system are approved for parking permits issued in electronic form.
The Australian National University (Parking and Traffic) Instrument 2019 is repealed.
To remove any doubt, a parking permit in force under the statute immediately before the commencement of this instrument ceases to be in force on the commencement of this instrument.
