This instrument is the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) (Emergency Service Facilities–Queensland) Amendment Instrument (No. 1) 2025.

2 Commencement

Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance within column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under subsection 6(2D) of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979.
