  This instrument is the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Ordinance 2025.

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1.  The whole of this instrument

At the same time as the Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2025 commences.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if that instrument does not commence.

1 April 2025

  This instrument is made under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

 

1  The whole of the instrument

Repeal the instrument.

 

1  Subsection 7(5)

Omit “National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014”, substitute “Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2025.

2  Subsections 6(6) and 37(2)

Omit “National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014”, substitute “Australian Capital Territory National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2025”.
