This is the ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2025/182.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3 Authority

This instrument is made under paragraphs 926A(2)(c), 951B(1)(c), 994L(2)(c) and 1020F(1)(c) of the Corporations Act 2001.
