Unique names reports
Section 10 of the Legislation Rule 2016 permits the First Parliamentary Counsel to add a name to an unnamed instrument or document or amend the name of an instrument or document lodged for registration if he or she is satisfied that the instrument or document as lodged does not have a name, or that the name of the instrument or document as lodged is not unique.
This page contains the reports that detail the use of these powers. The current report is a running record of changes to names of instruments made during the current 6 month period and is updated when a change to the name of an instrument is made.
