Transitional: Despite the repeal by these Regulations of paragraph (b) of the definition of certification in regulation 3 of the National Measurement Regulations 1999, that paragraph continues to have effect in relation to an application for certification of a measuring instrument in use for trade made before the commencement of these Regulations.
