Rectification for retrospective amendments
Reason:
To take into account a retrospective amendment made by Schedule 7 (item 1) of the Crimes and Other Legislation Amendment (Omnibus No. 1) Act 2024 (Act No. 93, 2024). To apply bold italics to “body” in the definition of “foreign government body” in section 70.1 of the Criminal Code as the correct formatting was not incorporated during the compilation process. The cover page and endnotes of this compilation were updated to align with current formatting practices.
