These regulations were originally made under section 64 of the Wheat Marketing Act 1984 and were continued in force under section 79 of the Wheat Marketing Act 1989 (see subsection 93(9) of the Wheat Marketing Act 1989).
This instrument was backcaptured in accordance with Section 36 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
