s 50 of the Legislation Act 2003
s 4(c) of the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Family Law Instruments) Certificate 2022 changed the date from 1/4/2023 to 1/4/2025
para 4(f) of the Legislation (Family Law Instruments) Sunset-altering Declaration 2018 changed the date from 1/10/2019 to 1/4/2023
