The National Capital Plan (December 1990) was approved by the Minister of State for the Arts, Tourism and Territories on 21 December 1990. The following draft amendments to the National Capital Plan (December 1990) were never made: Amendment Nos. 5, 10, 15, 17,18, 38, 39, 40, 42 and 44.
