This Proclamation was originally made under subsection 7(2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975 (repealed). Schedule 4, Clause 3(1) of the Environmental Reform (Consequential Provisions) Act 1999 provides for the instrument to continue as if it had been made under subsection 344(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
