The National Land Ordinance 1989 (ACT) modifies applied provisions of ACT legislation in their application to National Land (see also ACT legislation register).

The City Area Leases Ordinance 1936 became the City Area Leases Act 1936 (ACT) (A1936-31) on 11 May 1989. The City Area Leases Act 1936 (ACT) was repealed by the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 (ACT) (A1991-118) on 2 April 1992.

The enabling legislation for the City Area Leases Regulations was repealed by the Land (Planning and Environment) (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991 (ACT) (A1991-118) on 2 April 1992.

The Lakes Ordinance 1976 became the Lakes Act 1976 (ACT) (A1976-65) on 11 May 1989.

Quantity and Options

The standard production is either A4 or B5 size, conforming with the original document specifications, with a cardboard cover and stapled or perfect bound depending on the number of pages in the document. The covers are produced in black and white and, if 144 pages or more, will have the title on the spine.

There are number of options available at an additional cost that can be selected when placing an order. The drilling option provides either the standard 4 hole pattern on A4 size copies or the Commonwealth legal 4 hole pattern on B5 size copies. Other options are wire or comb binding, a celloglaze or vellum cover, or with colour pages printed in colour. Delivery can be by normal or express post or you can collect your order at the LitSupport Offices in Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia or Queensland. There are also options available to request special cover artwork or courier delivery. Some options will require you to contact LitSupport (TIMG) first to discuss your requirements and request a quote.

The Print On Demand service is managed by a commercial provider, LitSupport (TIMG). The Add to Cart button will take you to the shopping cart function provided by LitSupport (TIMG) where you can check out as a guest or set up an account with them to manage your orders. This account will be separate from the MyAccount service provided on the Federal Register of Legislation.
