  Replacement type: Rectification

  Reason: To remove the second occurrence of the text “that was applicable immediately before the relevant 1 July.” from the definition of "previous indexable amount" in subregulation 6(4) as it was incorrectly left in the compilation. To remove the second and third occurring entry of “Chargeable matters under the National Credit Act” from the table in Part 1 of Schedule 1. The entry was incorrectly repeated during the compilation process.
