The provisions of this instrument commence as follows: (a) Chapter 1, Rules 2.1.1(2), 2.1.4(2), 3.3.2, 4.1.3, 5.1.5 and 6.2.1 and Part 4.3 commence on the day after the instrument is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003; and (b) Chapters 2 to 7 (excluding Rules 2.1.1(2), 2.1.4(2), 3.3.2, 4.1.3, 5.1.5 and 6.2.1 and Part 4.3) commence on 31 October 2011.
