s 4(1)(b) of the Legislation (Deferral of Sunsetting—Autonomous Sanctions Instruments) Certificate 2022 changed the date from 1/4/2022 to 1/4/2024
Most legislative instruments will sunset 10 years after commencement under Chapter 3, Part 4 of the of the Legislation Act 2003.
