Transitional: 9.1 An exemption or approval granted or continued, or a licence issued, under a provision of Marine Orders Part 21, issue 7 and in force on the day before this Order comes into force, continues in force as if granted under this Order.

9.2 A licence as Compass Adjuster issued under the Navigation (Compass) Regulations and current on the day before this Order comes into force is taken to be a licence issued under this Order.

This Marine Order was originally made under subsection 425(1AA) of the Navigation Act 1912 and has effect, for the purposes of the Navigation Act 2012, with such modifications as are specified in Marine Order 4 (Transitional modifications) 2013 (see section 343 of the Navigation Act 2012 and Schedule 11 of [Marine Order 4 (Transitio
