This instrument is made under paragraphs 739A(1)(e), 739A(3)(b), 739A(4)(b) as well as subsection 739A(6). Section 7 is no longer relevant, as paragraph 739A(8)(c) has been repealed and substituted. The commencement date for the Social Security Amendment (Class of Visas – Newly Arrived Resident’s Waiting Period for Special Benefit) Determination 2018 in column 3 of the table in Endnote 3—Legislation history, should be 1 January 2019, not 1 January 2018.

Sunsetting
